I am super impressed with Cookies by Design in Lubbock. Having *nearly* forgotten about Valentine's Day for my grandkids, I hurriedly found a great cookie bouquet online, and ordered it for a SUNDAY delivery, thinking it would not be delivered on Sunday. But, they did and my grandkids were super happy.

Bouquets always look great and my husband loves receiving them. As far as taste, I have a gluten allergy so I can't give a review on it but my husband isn't sharing his Valentine's bouquet with our children, so the cookies must be great.

The cookies always show up in perfect condition on or before the day you schedule them. They call you when they’re delivered and if you don’t answer they’ll leave a voicemail which is really nice. Thank you for your hard work!

I called the order in and she was so helpful and friendly!

The cookies where a gift and I had them delivered. No one was home they were at work so the deliverer called the person it was getting delivered to and also called me to let us know that they were delivered I appreciated the phone calls.

I was impressed with the help I received from getting the address fixed on my order to the quick delivery to how good I was told the cookies were when delivered.

Both came at different times and exactly as I wanted. There was even a picture of it at their front door!
