My Cookie Arrangement was delivered the same day and my relative thought it was simply beautiful!

Delivery person could not find the recipient to deliver cookies. Cookies by Design emailed me multiple times and we were finally able to figure out how to get the cookies to the person at work. They did a great job, extra communication and driving to get the cookies out to the right person.

They went above & beyond to make sure my mother’s birthday bouquet arrived, even though there was a delay out of their control due to a snow storm. They were kind, courteous, & helpful on the phone and the bouquet turned out beautiful! My mother loved it.

The Pleasanton Cookies by Design has always had great cookies. And even during Covid and only being open for pick up of orders, they are super helpful and very accommodating. I had a hard time getting in for my order during their open hours, but Mary was such a help and offered to be there early so I could go by on my way to work. The cookie decorating kit I bought was super cute too!
