they are always very friendly and accommodating. I miss their Rochester location so much but West Bloomfield has accommodated me several times. I don't like the delivery fee as I could drive to Rochester but I am glad I still have an option. I would use them more if located closer.

I have been ordering valentine cookies for my grandchildren for the last 14 years. The grands look forward to receiving this special valentine treat. These cookies are so good, I have them shipped to the grands in Kentucky and they always arrive in great shape. I really wish we still had a brick and mortar store here in Louisville. I miss going there to purchase cookies anytime I had a craving, which was often. Happy I can have them shipped.

I was searching the website for a gift for a family member who lives in Normal, Illinois. I found the Cookie by Design website. I remembered them for a visit this summer. I was able to order cookies and balloons that were delivered just as I requested. I received a photo confirmation when the cookies were delivered. The arrangement looked adorable.
