Place was clean, i wished you had the cold plunge in the same room with sauna.
Kiy was very professional and explained the process. I love the fact there's a TV in there makes it easier to zone out and not pay attention to the time. The place is very clean and I'll definitely be back.

I liked the privity of the sauna suites and ability to shower down afterwards. Just couldn’t get the lighting to work correctly in my suite. The staff was friendly at Preston Hollow and so I appreciate that as well.
It’s clean and nice. I’m not really into the ice plunged that much but I guess if that’s what you’re into then it’s great.
Everything about my experience was Amazing! It was very relaxing, made my body feel a whole LOT better than I had been feeling when i got there and i loved having my own personal suite and privacy. Will definitely be coming back next month and will try to at least come once a month!
Everyone is very nice, Sebastian always goes out of his way but everyone is a 10/10 that works there. I should remember their names since they remember mine! Always clean, couldn’t get any better.
The staff were extremely nice before during an after my time the facility was very clean and everything worked as described. I really enjoyed the different color plates and the other amenities. In addition to the services I expected.

Loved the space. It was super clean and had everything I was looking for. But mainly the manager, I believe her name was Janelle, hope I got that right, was so kind and welcoming. More than anything the way she treated me sold me on making that my new sauna and plunge home. I’ve been trying out different places and this was a way better experience in the best way possible. Loved it ❤️
Everything was really lovely. The facility was clean. Well kept my experience with the equipment was masterful. I left feeling refreshed better than ever.
Personal room and friendly staff. Nice amenities to dry hair and put on makeup afterwards.
I liked Janely, the sauna, and the cold bath. It was all wonderful. It was all part of my mental health day.
Claire and her team were very attentive, especially with it being our first time there. And you can tell they have a relationship with their other members that were present.

In an effort to try something different for date night, we decided to start at Sweat House for a little detox and relaxation before dinner. It ended up being such a great call. The sauna gave us uninterrupted time to catch up — no phones, no distractions, just quiet conversation.
Afterward, we rinsed off under the vitamin C shower (which I swear made both my skin and hair feel noticeably softer and shinier), then braved the cold plunge one at a time. We laughed harder than we have in a while — it’s equal parts invigorating and slightly insane.
We finished with a warm shower, got dressed, and headed to dinner feeling both relaxed and completely refreshed.
10/10 — would absolutely recommend.
The staff is very nice and friendly. They always are very helpful. The saunas are clean and heat up quickly. I do not feel rushed and it is very relaxing. I love that TVs are in the room as well. The vitamin c in the showers are nice and it really does make a difference.
The only issue I have is the cold plunges are dirty. I see hairs floating in them and it makes me not want to use it. I mainly stick to using the sauna, which I have never had any issues with! The body wash has been empty the past few visits. My experience has been great otherwise.
It’s private , clean . A beautiful experience to relax and pamper yourself . I’m always feel relaxed , stress melts away. I really enjoy the whole experience. I would highly recommend it!
The host was so nice and sweet. She made every thing so easy. She was the best. The facility was very clean.

This place is amazing! A total reset you need for a day to relax or recover. The atmosphere and the vibes are superb. Customer service is top notch to add. I bought a package and coming back for more sessions.
