Client Testimonials
I loved the privacy and the fact that we had a tv
Alex was great. The entire experience was great 10/10 would highly consider getting a membership. I would prefer the rooms to be all together and I’ve seen ads of certain locations where it seems to be more modern.
Both staff members were excellent… friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location was easy to find, has excellent parking options and sauna, tub, and shower were very clean. Appointments were on time. I was very impressed!
The customer service was great. There was only 1 young lady working and she was very professional, kind and helpful. It was my 1st time and she made me feel absolutely comfortable. This was an experience that I will definitely do again!
Friendly staff, beautiful facilities. I came out really recovered from the therapy
The convenience of the location was great. The privacy and comfort of the room made for a great 1st time experience.
From check in with Auburn and she took the time to give us a tour. She explained everything and was just super polite. The rooms were clean. It was a great experience
Private room, quiet environment. Great sauna and felt refreshed.
The easiness of it.
Private room, infrared sauna, loved the combination of sauna and cold plunge, beautiful and clean facility. Very esthetically pleasing. Sweet and helpful personnel.
The staff were nice and welcoming, we had a lovely sauna and fantastic showers. My first experience with contrast therapy and I loved the experience as well as how much less tense my muscles felt after the ice bath. I am definitely planning on coming back.
A different thing to do
Sweathouz Vinings is a wonderful place to relax, recharge, and unwind! The suites are clean and well-maintained, and the soothing atmosphere makes it easy to feel relaxed. You can escape the stresses of everyday life in your private infrared sauna, with a scented towel, cold plunge and vitamin C shower.
What truly makes the experience exceptional is the incredible manager! She is so kind, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Her warm personality and genuine willingness to assist me makes every visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest.
I highly recommend Sweathouz Vinings to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and rejuvenating experience. The combination of a beautiful environment, rejuvenating services and outstanding customer service makes this place truly special and my membership priceless.

Very friendly staff and great experience!!
Staff was great, super kind and helpful. Loved the amenities provided after the experience, like the flavored water dispenser, red light, deodorant, hair ties, etc
Private relaxing experience. The Vinings location is always clean with helpful staff.
I really liked the privacy and cleanliness of the rooms. The sauna was great with the sound in the room.
Clean facilities with friendly staff
Amazing place with great staff
Very nice space with attention to details. I will be back when I'm in Allen, TX again. Thanks!
I enjoyed every bit of it. It was my first time and wanted to try something new for my birthday. 60 minutes in the most relaxing way possible. It’s amazing how cheap the cost is for your first time, and to bring someone there’s a fall code to use which is awesome! Rotating from the sauna, to the vitamin C shower, and then to the cold plunge was outstanding. There’s a nice size TV in the room, and I put music on YouTube to play during my experience. I left there feeling more relaxed than ever before. I have to take medications for sleep and I didn’t even use them that night, I slept so good and woke up refreshed. I highly recommend going and getting the experience for yourself. I will definitely be back again.
I like that the employees are always friendly and outstanding, and the suites are always clean and well-maintained.
Your staff member Ekta (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly) was exceptional. She was warm, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. I believe she was the only one working and she was multitasking, answering questions and made sure everyone was taken care of. She was an excellent representation of your brand and services. When I told her that I was out of town, she informed me that there were locations near my hometown in Washington, DC. I was visiting Atlanta and she even made recommendations for places I should visit while in town.
I really enjoyed the experience. I’ve never used a sauna or done a cold plunge. I really enjoyed it and would like to do it again. Thank you again for the amazing service.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and calming. It was a new experience for me and I found it to be invigorating. I'm happy I checked it out and I'm going to start doing it on a consistent basis.
Love the vibe, the privacy, everything.
Great people very helpful.
Personal Control over the temperature settings and timing. And a Private room with TV and Shower.
Clean.
The sauna was nice, the staff that greeted me was friendly. I’m not keen on the cold plunge experience however.
