SweatHouz brand is amazing and I wish I would have started much sooner. Specially the Krog St location is really good as all suites have the cold plunge tub inside. They even have a bigger suite for guys such as myself (if available). I am 6’6 by the way. Krog St also has red light therapy which when used after your sauna session can have amazing results. The suites are clean (no hair in the shower) and the noise level is kept to a minimum in the hallway. Paige always makes me feel like a queen, lets me use the bathroom before she starts the timer, has my heat setting turned on and my favorite jazz music playing too. i’m always greeted when I walk in and feel like a new woman when I walk out the door.

I liked how friendly and informative the staff was. I was excited to get into my first experience. Everything was clearly explained and organized.
Loved the space. It was clean and easy to use. The TVs are a nice touch. I do wish that the vent on the ceiling wasn’t blowing on me while in the cold tub but that’s a minor thing.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The sauna itself is very clean, and I really appreciated having a private shower right in the suite. They also provide all the essentials—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—and even have a blow dryer available, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place to relax!
Being that this was my first time visiting a Sweathouz facility, I didn't know what to expect. However, upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted and taken in a brief tour to advise us of what to expect. The suite was extremely clean and very comfortable. My son thoroughly enjoyed this session. Being that he is a high school athlete, I wanted to give him an opportunity to experience the sauna and cold plunge. Let's just say he was NOT ready to go after the allotted time was up. I would like to thank Maria for thoroughly outlining the various packages available to us. I will definitely be reaching out to you to schedule again.

The space is welcoming? my favourite water was available to purchase. The person who checked me was friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities for your individual suite ate good quality.
