I love that you give us a month to pay. Especially around the holidays. My old propane company would come every two weeks and make us pay that day. It was really hard financially. We love being with Downeast!

You are who you say you are. The season has just begun, but in the past, you have always arrived in good time to refill the oil tank.
I do have a question, though. Instead of the word "oil" written on my bill, I saw 'Propane" and I am wondering whether it is any different from "oil." Please explain

I think the self measuring device on the tanks is great! I don't have worry about checking tank contents. You folks are right there to fill them when necessary. Great service!
