Melissa promptly called me based on a not so satisfied survey I had submitted and we discussed the issues and was told they would be rectified in the near future. All of my conversations with customer service or techs have been pleasant and professional.

Great customer service, called for oil a Thursday before New Years weekend and Delivery was made the next day. Driver is always friendly and courteous as are the people I talk to in the office.

Suggestion: Offer the ability to schedule furnace cleaning service to pay-ahead customers at time of payment. Or suggest alternate vendor that can provide timely furnace cleaning - which is a safety issue.

When I was worried about running out of propane because of my 7 mo old baby and we were running on a generator because of the power outage, they came the next day. I’m so thankful for being able to rely on them and have the peace of mind that they are there when you need them!
