I like that we have never had a problem with delivery. There were times, years ago, when there was no guarantee, but we never experienced that problem. We are senior citizens and being able to get K-1 is very important to us. And the people who take our phone messages are great. Thank you.

Each time I call with a website question or need assistance understanding changes in the format of a statement they have had lots of patience and are were very pleasant and helpful. I did have to call several times when I expected a Plan Offer by mail as in past years and could not get into the web site, old or new to see what was happening or when. I think it had to do with the changeover to the new Website after the merger. Although the times I have actually spoken with a Delivery Tech in the past they have been professional and pleasant. Unfortunately a couple winters ago rather than actually fix a problem with our old furnace the Service Tech referred us to sales. Kind of leaving us hanging and having to call another company’s Senior Service Tech to solve the problem. Changing to Propane is not the answer or in the budget for everyone. That is in the past and we look forward to the same professional, pleasant and timely deliveries from the current team. Overall we are very happy with Downeast!

I’ve been a customer for some 20 years first using home heating oil and then transitioned to propane for space and domestic hot water. Downeast Energy representatives are friendly and knowledgeable promptly addressing any concerns that I may have.
Very friendly and helpful
I like the fact that you do provide good support for your customers. However, I was disappointed when I returned to my home in Maine last May to find that the tank had not been refilled in a timely manner and the gas ran out. Fortunately, it did not cause a problem.
