Website is very user friendly and service was great! The bike shorts I ordered are very comfortable and good quality. I've worn Bontrager for years and have always been very happy.

One thing I'd suggest is put the tags somewhere else on the bike shorts. Since the tags are sewn into the waist band, when they are cut off there's a small part of the tag remaining that scratches the skin.

I had an issue with a bike and I spoke with Jamy in the warranty department. Jamy was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She reached out to my dealer and provided me with a very fair solution. Jamy was simply top notch in the way she took care of me.

I liked the different options they offer for each level from beginner to professional.

Bike got stolen, Trek delivered a bike to a bike shop in it's network. Within days, I was back on the road.

Smooth process, shopped and ordered on line, shipped to store and assembled, four days later I was on the trails.
Bicycle I wanted was hundreds of dollars less on line than in the store.
Store staff were helpful and went over the bike with me and made adjustments to fit me better.
This is the 5th Trek bike I've purchased, two were purchased on line, and I am very pleased with them.
