Great website. It’s like a candy store for a bicycle fanatic! I like the free shipping option over a certain dollar amount of purchase. Plus…..if your order is below that amount, you can still get free shipping by having the item sent to a local Trek retailer. I also like the chat feature if you have a quick question about an item. Trek is simply the best, and their customer service is outstanding. Bravo!!!!!

There is a problem with your advert description, the advert says the cable guide is made from aluminum but in actual fact its made out of plastic.

The original battery charger that came with my Townie Go! stopped working. After looking all over the internet for a replacement, I finally found trekbikes.com and was able to order a replacement battery charger. It was a good price and I received it in a timely manner. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.

I made one order online for a top tube storage bag, and the parcel tracking said it got returned to the post office due to incomplete address. My label had been printed with my house number missing, So I had to drive and collect it. I wasn't very happy about that but the bag I eventually got is pretty good (it should be for $70).
And why is this poll locking in a 10 rating when I am clicking the 6 button? If this goes out as a 10 it's fake. The change my score button is locked.
