My experience with Trek has been top notch so far. I decided the Marlin I purchased what not really what I was looking for. Returned the bike for a Xcaliber with no questions asked.

I then experienced a manufacture defect with the Xcaliber that Trek immediately took care off and got me on my way in no time.

While I was comparing styles, I inadvertently added an extra helmet to my shopping cart and accidently ordered both.
