Quick service, good pricing, and a good catalog of parts. Ship to store is great. Keeping catalogs of old bikes for reference (dimensions, specs) is helpful in fitting parts, sizing, etc. The stores where I pick up parts or get service, both the Beaver, PA, and McMurray, PA stores, are great. (no experience with other stores)

Trek bikes have been a staple in my life, and my family’s life for many years. They have been reliable and affordable as kids progressed and grew and have always fit the need whether cruising paths or crushing trails!
Very easy to order directly from Trek. Order updates, shipping, and delivery information was accurate and timely. Only thing I wondered about is whether ordering direct was bad for my local dealer... dealer said they made no money on direct orders? If that is the case I would be reluctant to order direct again... I like my local retailer and want them to stay in business for service and support.

I ordered a Dolmane+ SLR7 from the Red Barn "Refresh" program. Prompt shipping. It came partially assembled with minimal effort to finish the assembly. The bike itself was actually in better shape than I was expecting since they are advertised as "Used or preowned". I did bring in the bike to my local Trek dealer for some minor tweaking and a few accessory items. I would certainly recommend the Refresh program to family and friends for a great bike at a great price.
I've been a old school roadie for about 14 years. I was concerned about the transition to a pedal assist bike. The extra weight, larger tires, electronic shifting, "cheating" with a battery assist, etc. After over a hundred miles on the bike, I'm very happy with the purchase. Trek factory made the process easy and my local dealer helping with the details, I know I'll be biking for many more years to come.
