I ordered two of the ARL5 Gravel bikes online and had them shipped to a local shop. The transaction was simple and choosing the local bike shop was also quite easy as the site provided all of the dealers in my area. I received a confirmation email indicating the order was being shipped and the next day received an email from the shop telling me they were going to receive the bikes and process them within a couple days.

I received a follow up email indicating the bikes were ready. I went to the shop and picked them up after a quick review of them. The whole process was quite nice.

Honestly the prices are extremely high but I like the fact that it's possible to get some original equipment, decent tires. I'm not a professional cyclist so I more practical oriented and I don't think your website is easier to maneuver for practical oriented people. That said I'm able to get around and find what I need I appreciate that.
