I found the bike I was looking for in the size I needed, Trek sent it to a local bike shop that put it together, and walked me through all of the components, does and don'ts, and was happy to do it.
Great service fast shipping
The customer service is excellent! I used the chat feature to help find the right rim replacement for my bike. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was slightly different than stock. So I took my bike to my local Trek dealer in order to get the right part. They ultimately got me all fixed up and I'm grateful I could return the rim for a refund without paying return shipping. The customer service associates both online and in the store were very friendly, helpful and the repair was timely. I value the way Trek treats it's customers and I love Trek bikes! Thank you!
