The people are very mice, professional, well informed, effective and efficient. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Equipment is well maintained and kept up to date. The layout of the facility is very logical and efficient for circuit training and time management.

I like the people. I like Lori, Jenny, Fei Tan, Samia, Trudy, the girls in charge of the Locker room. I like everyone there.
The facility is good to great. The equipment is fine. Some weights need to be renewed. Other than that it’s good. Sauna room is good. Steam room has faint urine smell that has been there since before Covid. The shower facility is good. The pool is good. The locker room has been great as always. I can stay there forever, but I won’t. 😄

Fitness Classes offered
The NW Y is one of the best locations out there. The facilities are great but more amazing is the wonderful and caring community. The teachers are awesome too, go Zumba!

I did the Adult Fitness Orientation with Simeon on Satuday. He did a great job of introducing me to the weight machines, adapting the explanations to my needs. He made me feel welcome. He is a great representative of the Y's values.

Northwest Cary YMCA is not my home Y, but I meet up with a friend for a class once a week. I really enjoy Christa's barre class. I wish she taught more classes! Overall the facility is really nice.

The staff are very nice and respectful. They keep up to date with equipment. They are open every day which is convenient to my schedule.
Great and takes care of the low income and working poor to make sure in down times they and there children have a place of working on their health.
