Very good and supporting coach for my kid.
The entire facility is great, the staff is incredible and the communication is top level. My only complaint is the scheduling of the pool lanes, which often when I'm able to reserve and when I get there I see people not going by seeing empty shared lanes. I guess this is being discussed already by the staff, as I've been told, and I believe that soon will be resolved to alert customers of multiple late canceling. I'm very pleased of being part of the YMCA, and I wouldn't think joining any other place instead.

I loved the instructor for my cycle fusion class this past Saturday, Dawn. She was so well prepared and motivating throughout! The facility is so well-equipped, staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for such a wonderful member experience! The only wish is for a better design for the pool.
