The Northwest Cary Y is great place to exercise. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife, myself and other family members enjoy taking classes and exercising at this facility!

Big bright interior! The place cheers you up just walking in. Pool is heated! There is equipment in every nook and cranny, which means I can always find a place to work out. Admittedly, I am not there at peak. Staff is nice.

The classes offered
I like the weight machines. People are friendly. I like to big, open, BRIGHT upstairs. I am happy to be able to work out at the NW Cary Y!!!
I felt the upscale environment the minute I walked in vs taylor or kraft.
Equipment variety. Space to workout. High ceilings and ambient light. Kids not allowed around equipment. Gym and studio spaces are welcoming. Adult locker rooms and shower areas are maintained.
Clean facility. Good instructors. Friendly and helpful front desk.

When you enter the Y, you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is spa-like, very clean and bright. The Y offers everything and more than other so-called luxury gyms for a far better value. 10/10, highly recommend.

Absolutely a fantastic place and a community
It would be great if the locker rooms are cleaned properly especially the floors. The floor is often dirty and carpets have stains. Thank you for taking the time to listen to our feedback
YMCA West Cary provides best experience for any one who wants to go to regular workouts and stay fit.
I really appreciate the open volleyball. Especially Tues night where you allow 2 nets. The open volleyball is very well attended and it's not unusual to have more than 4 teams of players. That is a lot of waiting on one net, so it's really nice to be able to have 2 nets at least part of the time. Also appreciate that you have purchased the most current volleyball for use at these open gyms. The front desk staff is also really pleasant and welcoming.

I love the Northwest Cary YMCA! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the facility is beautiful. Working out here is an enjoyable part of my daily wellness routine.
