The variety of classes, workouts and sports offered
We love everything about this facility. The building itself is architecturally spectacular, the staff is wonderful and kind. The classes are great, the heated outdoor pool requires stamina in the winter but even that feature is pretty interesting. Thank you NW Cary YMCA!!

The instructors are amazing—I love the group fitness program!
You have large Group Exercise rooms with great wooden floors that are perfect for practicing dance. And you keep them clean so we can practice immediately without having to stop to clean up. Also, your hours and fees are reasonable and your staff is friendly and efficient.

Large facility, nice women's locker room, many classes to choose from, and community events.
It's like a love in first sight. I have never been to so clean gym before. Everything here looks so neat and organized. I am glad I changed my main location from Taylor ymca to northwest. Ever since I've visited here,I've been telling my family that they should visit here. Thank you for your service.
Just a little note, the hair dryer doesn't work well and bath towels should be replaced to bigger size as it's too small. Otherwise I would say this is the best place to be.

The group fitness classes and instructors are excellent! I meet my fitness goals and feel so good in my body. The instructors are encouraging and fun! And the members I take classes with are like family to me. It’s such a great and welcoming environment!!

Amazing modern clean facilities. Huge weight room, spacious locker rooms with sauna and steam room. Haven't tried the classes yet but the options looked vreat
