I love the classes that are often although I often don’t go because of work. But I do weights and it has been beneficial to me. I like the sauna and ladies room in general 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Friendly staff, clean environment and hours of operation
The staff at Northwest Cary YMCA were very friendly. Various classes and equipment were offered. Most instructors were knowledgeable and effective teaching classes.
However, this location is so popular which also means it is not so easy to reserve your preferred classes. I believe most people do show up at their signed class, but can you remind those who are not able to make to the class to cancel their spot so others may still be able to sign up at the last minute?
I enjoy the friendly and helpful staff, excellent workout equipment, the space for individual and group exercise.
The facility is spacious and clean. The women's locker room is amazing.

The people and the Thrive classes.
I am very disappointed to hear that the seniors may have to pay for their Thrive outings. That may stop me from attending them and I go to most of them now through NW and Taylor. I probably will not attend the Thrive Olympics this year since we have to pay $15, when we never had to pay for it before.
The staff are great! Charlie and Mike at the front desk are funny and helpful. The staff upstairs are keeping the equipment clean. The equipment is in good condition and the music is good.

I enjoy the variety of work out classes offered. The facility is kept very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic coaches and volunteers, culture of inclusion and teaching, and high quality of facilities.
So far I had a good experience. Just would love to have classes that start at 4 pm because early jobs require to go to bed earlier.
I love the NWCY. The pool being heated throughout the winter is great, everyone is nice and the gym is well maintained. My only suggestion is that the locker room/sauna age is lowered to 15. That is what it is at the other gyms I have been to in the triangle.

It offers so many amenities, such as childcare while working out, different types of workout classes and at many different times, a gym, sauna, steam room. Affordable sports all year round for the kids, camp and the staff are top notch

Rachel, Katie and Linda are all so friendly and helpful at the front desk. The gentlemen at the front desk are also so friendly as they check people in.
The weekday morning group exercise teachers are excellent- I get a great workout
