The Silver fitness (don't remember the actual name) on Mondays and Friday with the teacher Brittany. Excellent workout.
They have a wonderful pool that is very accessible. I am handicapped and the lifeguard is knowledgeable about how to use the seat machine that lowers you and lifts you out of the water. That makes it much easier for me to get in and out of the pool safely.
Always a kind ,friendly person with a smile to greet and help if we need it.
