The people that work there are genuine and helpful. Would love to see leadership build a more integrated and customer service oriented team. Single mission type vibe. Leadership seems be poor communicators and disjointed. Sometimes what they think may be funny, the person they do it do doesn't find it funny but rather offensive.
I go to the Y with my military son and my three non verbal autistic grandchildren twice a week
My concerns are when there are too many teenagers or adults rough playing when it's supposed to be family time in the afternoon
Those who are rough playing are not repramaned or asked to stop because adults and young children are getting hit on the head with the big red ball
There should be a limit as to the number of people (infants, toddlers, young children with their parents)
vs older teenagers and young adults allowed in the pool and only one lifeguard to supervise
My family has left early because we were not able to fully enjoy our last two visits because of the rough playing by older young adults
Plenty of new equipment to choose from and great staff !
Both kids really enjoyed camp, but the staff were what made it amazing for them. Thank you for building a great summer program!

Great staff, easy to navigate!
I appreciate how I was treated before I was actually able to join again. With the shower program available I have been able to stay clean. The morning staff specifically were all wonderful and I have built a great professional relationship with all of them. Thank you so much Mel Korum YMCA! Also I have already brought my mom in so she could have a 3 day membership.
My kids are happy and safe here.
