You can workout at your own time and pace. There is always someone to assist you when you need it and it has some of the most up to date equipment around. I love the track and just being able to go when I'm ready. No pressure.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Mel Korum Family YMCA. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and welcoming. I especially appreciate the amazing Child Watch staff, they’re caring, attentive, and make it easy for parents to enjoy their workouts knowing their kids are in good hands.

Unlike a lot of gyms, it would seem folks are here for staying healthy and fit as opposed to a meet market and bodybuilding mirror crazed folks. I love the family oriented flavor and the tremendous variety of classes for kids, family and Seniors. Never have I ever heard anything about nutrition as opposed to protein shakes cocktails and the such. Love the place.
The only reason I gave it a 9 and not a 10, is the nustep machines are in need of repair.

This facility has everything related to sports and fitness. I learned a lot in my first session with a personal trainer and especially appreciate that they offer 4 sessions for new members.

courteous, helpful staff. My daughter joined recently during your
no joining fee sale. Lots of classes, although I wish MK Y would
offer late morning Zumba Gold classes.
Everything! Friendly helpful personnel. I love the walk, jog, run track, the pools, and the exercise equipment. I'm considering joining one of the exercise classes. I tell all my friends they should join the MK YMCA.
