I think it would be nice if your toddler pool was open when it is supposed to be because it’s impossible to have my 3 small kids in the large pool by myself. I’m questioning them having a membership since we are not able to use anything there for them on our available evenings and weekends. It’s really frustrating to show up and then have to tell your kids sorry we can’t because the toddler pool is closed because you don’t have enough employees working. Your employees could be better informed on rules because when I ask they usually say “I don’t know” everything else is great, I enjoy my time there while I work out.
Variety of experiences offered. I espe ially appreciate my 9am water aerobics class and how I've increased my endurance, balance, and gained muscle. (Wish the class lasted an hour as it did before Covid!) The Y is always clean and staff friendly and helpful. I'm so grateful to be a member and how it's helped keep me fit and healthy and the friendly hellos from members and staff are a bonus.

The gymnastics program has been amazing for my daughter. The new gymnastics director is amazing! Very grateful to have her there; she's very kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable about the program.

The Mel Korum Family YMCA is well maintained.
One observation: In the Men's Family Locker/Shower Room downstairs - the shower curtains are showing rust colored stains on the bottoms of all the shower curtains.
I truly appreciate the service you provide to the Puyallup and surrounding areas.

I just joined less than a week ago. My first visit was just a tour and check out the facility. I had my first visit with trying out some exercise equipment using the lap deck with walking. Everybody has been so friendly and nice. Can’t wait to join a couple of the classes
