I currently use UHC insurance/United Healthcare Ins.to qualify for the Silver Sneakers membership. I had Humana previously but could not join The Siver Sneakers at your location even calling and talking to Humana and the Sumner YMCA. So I had a subpar experience at the UFC close to my home and was still getting UNWANTED texts and emails 6 months after quitting UFC even after going into UFC and specifically asking for zero interaction with them in any way. I also called and talked to the manager 2 or 3 times and was hung up on by a employee who answered the phone and was told by them I was condescending to them as I explained how many times I had called, how many times I reported their Texts as junk and that I had even come after I had quit and talked to the manager. ...Can you put Humana Insurance on your approved join list? I would very much like to use the Silver Sneakers benefit with Humana Insurance!!! Thank you for your improved feedback the last year or so and the newer experienced facility manager whom I visited with occasionally and he agreed the new "small" sign and some actual enforcement that asks for "Showers before entering the Jacuzzi" is a great idea.
Very clean, friendly staff and exercise options for all ages and levels.
The people, from friends I've made to the instructors, and the variety of activities. In addition to the exercise classes the programs for Active Older Adults are great. I really appreciate Brittany, Vanessa, Krista, Cathy, Mallory. There is always a warm greeting from Deb and Carrie at the Welcome Center also, and so many more!

The staff are personable and knowledgeable, especially Julia at the front desk.
We love the gymnastics classes for our boys.

Great facilities. Clean and friendly.
Very spacious and has a lot of amenities such as swimming, dance classes, cycling, basketball courts, gymnastics etc. Not sure if you have an accessible rock climbing area but I would love to see more of that. And also it would be nice to have more smith machines instead of just one.
