I like that the Mel Korum Family YMCA has a very diverse membership. There is equipment to fit the needs of all people, not just fit people. Also they proactively accomodate disabled people.
The included classes are a big plus. We especially enjoy the Ignite class with Deb!

Not all the Y’s work with Medicare supplemental providers to welcome retirees. Mel
Korum does and it has made a world of difference to us. We hit the gym two or three times a week for exercise and it has had a noticeable impact on our mobility.
I love the programs developed for older adults! The variety and instructors inspire me to make sure I find time to attend. A truly positive ,supportive community.
I enjoy the classes for seniors.
I have had difficulty adjusting various exercise machines and have been unable to find help. The one time I found an employee, he was unable to address the issue. He had other job responsibilities.

The amount of activities offered, the amenities available, the staff friendliness and helpfulness. The facility is always totally clean and vibrant. The whole experience is 10/10.

I like the ease of access to the facility, as well as the different exercise areas/stations inside. The atmosphere of the surroundings seems very functional, but also welcoming and comfortable.
