Pictures were great. Once I placed my order you kept sending me offers..please stop sending once I place my order.
The pictures were okay. I wish the pictures taken as we walked across the stage wasn't rushed. Maybe we would have gotten a couple pictures to choose from. The action shots were okay too. Many of my shots my eyes were closed.
The quality of the photos was better than I expected, especially since the photos are taken quickly during a ceremony.
There was a wide variety to choose from.
The photographers were a bit rude. The pictures were overpriced.

Unhappy with the photographs outcome. Background not good. Choice of snapshots not the best . Packaging/mailing not the best. The quality of the total picture order experience simply was disappointing.

Exceptional service! I received the incorrect proofs in my email, and I contacted customer service about the mishap. Mrs. Jones corrected the mistake in a timely manner and contacted me immediately to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome.

Better packing when mailing photos. There was just came plain in envelope. No bubble wrap or thick cardboard to keep photos intact thru the mail.
The picture wasn’t that great and liked like it was rushed.
I know there are a lot of graduates but perhaps more photographers could give each graduate more time and hopefully better quality photos.
The one candid that was available to me was very unflattering. I wish there had been a few others, but I realize that it was a very large event. As an older graduate, these were important photos to me as I didn't have announcement photos done as traditional graduates done, so these were my 'proof'
Being sent pictures that our son is in, ease in ordering pictures, quick response in sending pictures.
I ordered some photos and on every one there was a very noticeable white spot on the subject’s right eyeglass lense. I am very disappointed.

I was very pleased with your team they were very helpful and nice when my picture wasn’t delivered in its packaging. However, I am still waiting on the delivery of my magnets. I do understand they take longer.
When one of the pictures was printed incorrectly the Grad team reprinted it for us and sent it free of charge.
The pictures I received in the mail were damaged because there was nothing protecting them inside the envelope. It appears the envelope was damaged in processing and as a result the pictures inside weer also damaged. The ink was smudged in the exact spot where the envelope was damaged. If there was something protecting the pictures this could have been prevented!
One of my son's photographs was not edited for the glare on his glasses. All of the others were. I was wondering if you would send me another copy that is corrected due to the fact that I did pay for this. Thank you, Name removed

Had a problem with the first set of photos being delivered and had a big tare (approximately half way across the pictures). Called and the photos were replaced and delivered in a more solid package. Thank you.

One of my 5x7 photos is damaged/peeling in the corner. It may have happened during shipping, but it's hard to tell. While the envelope says photos, do not bend, the package was somewhat folded in our mailbox. It would be nice to have the photos delivered to the door via Fedex or UPS, and not have USPS put them in the mailbox. I was able to put them under a heavy piece of tile, which I think helped. Once in the frame I think they'll be fine, but it would be nice to have the 5x7 replaced.
