Sharp photos, clear pictures.
Prices are ridiculous especially compared to the quality of the photos

Your prices are aggregious. You spam users. The only thing I can say positive is the photo arrived promptly. I can't imagine with your prices you have many customers.
The posed pictures where my son was standing with the flag ALL had his eyes closed. I understand you can’t control the ines during the ceremony but when you have a student pose for the picture the photographer should double check things like open eyes.
Quality and variety
We paid for the glasses glaze retouching, yet the way it was retouched did not look anything like our graduates eyes. We now really dislike the picture that we paid extra for.

I took I photos (individual shots) on the date of my graduation. When the photos came back I only received the photo of me walking across the graduation stage. I emailed the grad photo team to ask why my individual photos weren’t available and never received a response. I checked the photo site multiple times to see if my other photos were uploaded at a later date, but they were not.

My graduation was from Clayton State Univeristy.
The picture had so much glare on it that you cannot even read what the diploma cover said.
The photos were ok...but were entirely too expensive for a digital download. I personally know what photo packages price at and this was a little ridiculous.
A good variety of packages and items to purchace
I sent 2 emails to customer service and never received a response from either. The lady who took pictures prior to the ceremony was snotty and unhelpful to my daughter. There was nobody in line, yet she could not be bothered to help adjust the honors cords, the sash and allow my daughter time to briefly fix her hair. The photographer was rude and unhelpful on a very important day in our family's life. We ended up not buying any pictures from before the ceremony because of this which was very disappointing. In my emails I was asking if the honors cord could be adjusted a little so things were even. But since nobody responded...
The ceremony pictures were fine.
I was very impressed with what I got but ended up with a few photos where my son was just barely in the background. I would have loved a single photo of him on the hill, but I am not complaining at all. I ordered photos and love them.
Nothing special for the cost. Family pictures should have better way of taking them rather than just walking the crowd taking and taking pics and charging premium price
The photos are beautiful, but I think the prices are ridiculous. I would have ordered more but I got the bare minimum because the prices are way too high.

The pictures themselves were great. However packaging was horrible. My pictures came all bent up after spending $100. So definitely improving packaging
You get closeups that parents can’t get.
The variety of their products.
In the photo that was taken in front of the green screen our child has no arms. Just the sleeves of his robe are showing. This was not noticeable on the preview because of the watermark.
I ordered two copies of my son’s graduation picture with the dean and they were very dark. The picture didn’t appear this dark on my computer so I wouldn’t have known I should try to alter it or how to do it. I would have liked for someone on your end to see it and brighten it. I think a professional photographer would have done so.

The Picture Quality was lovely.
As new graduates with loans and no money, your photos are not just expensive but not affordable to anyone. The quality of the photos as well are not worth the money. In a standard photo my teeth look almost greenish and the photos are blurry. I really think taking photos of graduates who have worked very hard for their degree and spent a ton of time and money to get there the least we could get is a nice photo of ourselves earning our degree and get photos for our families without having to take out an additional loan for it.
