We ordered graduation photos in different sizes format, but they arrived as a full sheet, not cut individually. Could you please confirm if this is how they are usually delivered, or if there was a mistake?
Many pictures were not ordered due to the stole bing off center. PLEASE let the grads know if theirs is off - at least when taking the staged photos.
Be able to see the proofs online.

The prices of single picture is so high , it should be 30$ most … as being a student I feel 60$ is too much.
The candid shots of my graduate didn’t seem to have her as the focal point. Other graduates were on the photo and drew the eye to them. That’s why I ordered only the portrait and her shaking hands with the president and posing with the president. She was in the crowd shots but they could have been cropped or framed differently to highlight her.

Photos seem hazy, not clear and crisp. I put in a second order hoping it would be better. But not so much.
Improve your website for accessing and viewing the photos. It was confusing and chaotic to find my child’s photos/ceremony.
My first order of photos was not only color. They had to be redone. I’m happy with the redone photos.
I was expecting a different product than I received. I do not feel that the result matched the cost I paid. I ordered the frame with 2 pictures set inside the mats, and then my son's name and University in a gold colored plate. I was expecting that there would be 2 photos mounted into the 2 spaces inside the mat. Instead, it looks like this is one large picture with the 2 photos included and the name and university in the gold colored plate was just part of the picture. I do not feel that was worth $65. If I thought that this was what I was receiving, I would have ordered 2 pictures and then had them framed separately. It might have cost me a bit more, but honestly, I am sure that I could have found the frame at Michael's or another store all ready to insert the pictures. I thought I was making this easier for my son. I think that you should provide more of a description for what we are buying. If you look closely at the frame and pictures that we received, I think it looks cheaply done.
Very happy with the grad photos and turn around of receiving the photos we purchased.
The printed pictures I received did not look as good as the online images. The pictures received were darker.
Everything was made easy.
Prices are a bit steep. I would have purchased the whole set if my budget allowed.

The photos were slightly overexposed and no one really helped stage the person. Sort of stand on the x and smile. I know it's rushed but there should have been photographers outside taking staged photos of families and grads. I would have spent a lot more money a once in a life opportunity...disappointed.
Great pics and came fast
Great photos; however, you send way too many reminders. I purchased photos around the second email reminder in May, and I still receive multiple emails and texts to purchase photos. Once someone has purchased, you should remove them from your contact list.
Never got my pictures!!
I changed the text at the bottom of the photo to say what I wanted, but it didn’t print with the changed text. Only one photo had what I wanted it to say.
My son's photo on-stage is excellent. The photos back stage could have been good but he graduated from the Fire/EMT program so was wearing his uniform and not regalia. I would suggest having the graduates from any similar program hold their diploma lower in the back stage photos. In the uniform with the embroidered emblem covered by his diploma, the photos 100% look like prison program graduation photos.
