Timely delivery
Picture selection should not include pictures with another person in it. Since you have the ability to remove the additional person, this should happen before adding the picture to the collection instead of charging the customer to have the person removed. Who would want a graduation photo that has another student in it.
More area around photos or better centering of photos so editing is easier for those buying the photos.

Would be nice to have a heads up to UNTUCK LONG HAIR for photos after hoodings - really ruins the photos having the hair all done up and tucked under the hoods. Spent beyond too much money for the photos to begin with, then they just look like crap because you look like a moron having your long hair tucked under the hoods

Ordered graduation pictures. Process to order was simple and the quality of the pictures were outstanding.
The products are nice- we only ordered photos to hang up but we received them earlier than expected.
Pictures look great, very professional. However the packaging used to mail them is lacking in strength, the post office tries to fold and rubber band them for delivery.
