Glare from picture looked like stickers on my eyes lids, thanks.
I was not satisfied with the final pictures. The proofs looked okay online, but the product delivered had flaws. My daughters face looked very shiny/greasy and it looks like white smudges around her mouth. I spent a lot of money on these images to capture a momentous occasion, and I am very disappointed.
I am very upset with my graduation click. The photographer clicked only one style of my pic and one with the dean and that one was also not in a correct frame. This was my life’s unforgettable moment and I just received two pics which were not in a correct frame. Also the prices are too high which I was not affording it. Sorry I would not recommend it to any of my friends. This is the first time I am giving such a negative remark.
I walked last year, and I regrated it months down the road. They send me an email this year saying they stilled had my photos and I finally placed my order, I was very pleased.
I would say that the grad pictures should be done before the ceremony so we can look our best rather than rushed.
Photos need to be sent in a better envelope. Although it says DO NOT BEND the mail carrier put it in my mailbox and it was curved when I got it. If they were a stiffer cardboard, they would protect the photos better.
However, I do LOVE the photo. Thank you so much!!

Liked the discount on digital downloads but only found it about one year after the event!
The quality of the pictures were excellent, and the value was great.
The pictures should be sold by pose, not by background. I would have much preferred being able to download a copy of each pose, then apply my own background in photoshop rather than having to pay a separate $50 for the website to apply a slightly different backdrop to a green screen that would have taken me five seconds to do on my own. I understand selling the backdrop versions for those who can't/would rather not apply their own backgrounds, but there should at least be a "raw file" purchase option.

There was nobody to contact when I initially bought my pictures. I had a question about if touch ups were applied and didn't receive an answer. Then recently I paid for the highest tier of touch up in my photograph and it just looks blurry. The product I received was not worth what I paid.
The lady who did my graduation pictures was so nice! She included my daughter which meant so much to me. I’ll cherish these pictures forever. The quality was really good too! (:

It's been 16 days since I placed the order, and I am still waiting to receive it. I called the grad team costumer service on April 21/23, and Ms. Sissy had to reorder a new set, and still I didn't receive anything yet. It's disappointing!!

These are extremely overpriced, especially for a digital copy. My recommendation would be reassessing your business plan and lower your prices, which will in turn get you more customers. I emailed the team shortly after my graduation if the photos will be discounted and they said no so I held off on ordering them. After 6 months, they were finally discounted so I moved forward in buying them. Thank you for taking the time to review my response, take care!

You disappointed me by showing me the pictures of another graduate as if we weee the same person; we looked nothing like one another. To make it right you can make sure that the pictures you share with graduates are actually their pictures and not that of someone else.
