As grandparents, in New Mexico, who were unable to attend the ceremony, these photos will be treasured. Thank you for taking them.
The photos were beautiful
It was hard to really see the photos with the watermark moving across it (I understand the need though) and I thought the prices were incredibly high for downloads. Maybe I’m just a very poor student. I wanted to order more photos, but just couldn’t afford it.
I had an issue with a picture and the placement of your logo. I sent an email. No one responded. Ever.
I am stuck with 1/3 of my digital download package unprintable.
The pictures are beautiful and great quality. They were shipped promptly and arrived without damage.
My daughter’s pictures had an orange tint to them and her face was orange in the close up picture.
When I got my pictures they were bent. I feel if they came in a better package to keep them from not getting bent I would be happy. I pay a lot for those pics and now I have a crease in all 3 pics.

You didn't disappoint me. There's just no reason I would recommend a photographer for a graduation where one company is doing all the photos. There's no choice to to be made, so there are no options to recommend.
All of the photos appeared dark. It was difficult to see this on the proofs. Also on the individual photo the angle of the head produced an odd light shadow from the eye glasses. Maybe instruct graduates to remove their glasses for this pose. A bit disappointed as this was a once in a lifetime event. The cost would have been justified if the photos were great.

Only 2 pictures came out nice but my only option was to buy 1 or 3, making me spend money on a bad photo
I was given a photo where my hair was purple and there was also a misspelling on the photograph. I asked for a copy that was not edited as such, and I have yet to recieve it.

The price should be much cheaper than this. If you can’t improve this, maybe you should stop monopolizing it.
I ordered 3 photos that all looked good when I saw each proof. But when I received my download, one of the photos was not fully in focus. If I had known that, I would not have ordered that photo.

Quality was great and the order arrived promptly. Just wish they weren’t so expensive and that there was a written description of the print finish because I would have chosen differently. I paid more and they are a high gloss finish that I don’t like

I got a magnet for my parent’s fridge. It’s 1x2, but it’s so blurry. You cannot even read the name of NDSU on my diploma.
