None of the personalized engraving information I request was added to the plaque as I requested ( not my school name, degree field, or my name was included as requested). I took the time to call and speak with representative when i placed my order. This was disappointing.
Love the pictures
I wasn’t that impressed with the photos. The lighting was dark for the on-stage photo. The individual shots were just ok - my daughter said they were rushing everyone through. If I had known, I would have tried taking a few on my own. I was expecting better, especially for the prices to order.

Loved the photos that were captured because I couldn't see my daughter that close up. But the prices were a little too high for me to buy more than one because there was also a shipping charge.
The very best thing I liked about your service is that you were able to go back and retrieve photos that I hadn't ordered when I should have! Your staff was most helpful and were prompt sending the proofs and the turn around on my order was faster than expected. Have another graduate coming in May 2026 and look forward to ordering from you again!

Still have not received part of the package I ordered. It said I would get two shipments and I did but I did not receive the plaque.missing part of the order is the reason for the rating, quality of what I received was great

Your photographer did an awful job. He told my daughter and several other students the picture looked good when her eyes were closed, how is that good? So, I didn't even get a professional picture of her graduation I had to super zoom in on her walking to the stage so I'd have something.

Very Bad photograph, Not one good picture of my son. No picture of him receiving his diploma.
