Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding my graduation photo order. Before placing my order, I emailed to ask for clarification about the available editing features but did not receive a response in time. I ultimately purchased the touch-up and hair removal options, expecting these adjustments to be made to my photos.
Unfortunately, the hair removal and facial shine corrections do not appear to have been completed as expected. I contacted customer service as soon as I received my photos but have not yet received a response.
I would greatly appreciate it if these edits could be completed as outlined in the package I purchased. These are important photos commemorating my graduation, and I would love to have the opportunity to receive the finished images with the requested retouching.

The time from order to recieving the photos was insane. I just had photos, nothing special. Should be highly automated at this point in time and having to wait weeks left me wondering if I'd ever get them.

The cost for 3 digital photos was overvalued, but we had no choice if we wanted photos capturing the moment; $75 would be more reasonable.
Low unflattering angles, expensive, paid extra for photo shop hair removal which didn't actually fix stray hairs

I had a hard time with the ordering process. I wanted to choose multiple photos at a time, but it wasn't working.
You really need to post ypur photgrpahers level with the platform and the blank gray back ground is hideous. Try using the achool logo behind it or so.etjing that doesnt make the student look AI. Perhaps plan a fay for fotos prior. I do photography for a livi g and i was disappointed with the price gouging for a half assed packet. Sickened by the amount of money i paid for a handful of images.....and grade school was cheaper and the packets bigger.
