I thought the photos were significantly overpriced.
My son sent me the link on how to get into system to order. Once done, it only took me 2 minutes to figure out how to place my order. I placed my order within one week of Match Day and the photos were delivered promptly and I was happy with the quality and color of photos.
The reason I took off one star is for the thinness of the envelope photos were mailed in. I have purchased photos in past from other sites and the envelopes were thicker and more rigid without a chance of bending.
I will be ordering Graduation photos in May for Wayne State SOM.
It took 10 months before I received a corrected copy of a photo that somehow was printed with verbiage across the center of the photo. The resolution was to send the photo back to get a replacement. I said that was ridiculous and didn't do it and miraculously was sent the corrected photo. Customer service really dropped the ball.
I never got my pictures
It took me almost 3 years to get my 2 girls' commencement pictures. Thank you so much for having them still

The products I ordered are of great quality and the prices were decent. I had purchased these photos nearly 10 years ago and the repurchased photos are still as good today as they were then.
The website is old and a little slow. It doesn't always keep the memory of what i chose to save as 'favorite'.
The discount was more affordable in this economy. I didn't realize all the options I had I made a mistake on one of the photos so they're not identical as I believed.
