Your prices were still way too expensive at 20% off. You could easily erase the man in the background of my son’s picture, but you wanted an unreasonable charge to do it. I paid for shipping and my pictures were still bent a little. Especially on the corners. But when you pay $37 for three 5 x 7 pictures they should arrive perfect.

I feel scammed. You pressured me into buying photos by a certain date. The emails kept coming saying I had until such date to order. Financially, I wasn't ready to make the purchase by that date but did it any way because I was worried that I would no longer have access to said photos. Then after the deadline date passed I get another email for black friday special pricing which would have saved me money but I had already ordered photos because of you ficticious deadline date. And I still had access to said photos after your deadline date that you kept pushing in previous emails. The photos are way overpriced as they are not great quailty pics and as are are the digital versions.
Never received the photos we ordered. Credit card was charged twice but nothing received in the mail.
Everything was average... No complaints.

Nice variety of products. I like the pictures. I like that they keep the files in case u lose the photos or u didn't order and changed your mind later.
That you have the availability to order at a later date and there isn't a time frame where proofs are destroyed

Even a year and a half later I was happy to be able to finally order a picture from my son's graduation.
I know it was a rushed event but situate the person better. Other than focus not a great picture, couldn't see the logo on white coat. take 2 seconds for a better photo

Individual photos before graduation had eyes half shut. Other photos had another child very close in the picture. And the cost is so expensive
Too expensive
This was a special event for our family and we appreciate the photos.
Photos were not always the best quality with too much flash or blurriness. Prices for digital copies were high. Pre set packages were restrictive, would prefer to pick 4 photos not 3 or 6.
The delivery was great, the framing was spectacular everything was exceptional
The prices are a bit steep. More options at lower prices for multiple poses would be nice. We had 2 students in tbis ceremony....that makes it pricey.
Pricing is too EXPENSIVE. Also, hard to navigate choosing a package and making changes to the photo.
