I have to admit that at first I was so incredibly frustrated with Rymes that I wasn't going to make the switch. I could not get in touch with anyone, including on the "emergency line". However, I physically went to the building in West Lebanon, NH, there is no customer service there but there was a service manager who was incredibly helpful. Then, I tried the number again, I waited almost an hour to get someone but she was incredibly helpful, we had our delivery within the timeframe she stated and we couldn't be happier. I now understand that you were in a transition with computer systems (no easy task) and, like everyone else, are short-handed, so I will say, great job, we are now your customer and I wish you the very best.
