We have been using Rymes' service since 2013 and have been very happy.
This transition with Superior Plus Propane though has not felt great. I don't feel like the same customer service is there and their website is not at all user friendly. The Rymes website was incredibly user friendly, and I always received a response.
Having said that, I will still recommend Rymes to friends and family.
The people I talk with at the offices when a question comes up are very polite and helpful.
Any time I have had a question about or issue with my account the people in the office at Rymes have been very helpful and pleasant. I am pleased with their customer service.
