We recently had a problem with our furnace
and had no heat. Not good! A Rymes technician arrived at the end of a workday, on a Friday, and stayed until the furnace was fixed and the heat was working. Your tech worked above and beyond expectations and we are very grateful.
You arrived a day or 2 after my request for delivery.
I am enjoying contracting for a set price in the spring and not having to pay up front but only when propane is delivered.
That the company doesn't make up excuses to avoiding delivering fuel when it is needed, unlike most doing business in the Upper Valley.
