We recently had a problem with our furnace
and had no heat. Not good! A Rymes technician arrived at the end of a workday, on a Friday, and stayed until the furnace was fixed and the heat was working. Your tech worked above and beyond expectations and we are very grateful.

Dependable service

RYMES is serious about customer service and technical help. RYMES installed a new 275 gallon fuel tank in 2020 and their technicians keep our Becket oil burner tuned perfectly. Plus provide excellent tips on how to keep our 1986 furnace happy.

The lady who came to deliver the propane was very nice and so was the person she was training. I happened to be outside when they came and she was the 1st person that I spoke too. She had never been to my house, so was asking where they delivered the propane. She was very pleasant and engaging and made me feel very good and secure about the people working at your company. She represented Rymes well and so did the trainee, who added a little very clean and appropriate humor. They were both very nice.
