We have a large fuel group and have worked many years with Rymes,
Pricing in May each year has been a big relief for people, knowing what they will be paying per gallon for the upcoming winter early in the year allows for financial planning ahead.
Biggest complaint expressed to me be by our group members is not being able at talk to someone in short order. Often several calls are needed to get results.
Dustin Caulkins, the regional manager is extremely helpful and has been very good about dealing with needs of our group, and I hope that Rymes will reward him for the hard work he puts in.

Put in new boiler few years ago and it has worked great, they installed it quickly and professionally. Like the very competitive propane prices continually year after year.
