I have been Rymes customer for many years and to be truthful I was concerned when the company was sold to Superior. I switched to Rymes when my previous companies (happened more than once over the years) were bought out and made decisions based on a national level rather than a local one; very negative. However, my concerns have been allayed as the company seems to have respected the Rymes policies and this is reflected in the employees themselves. My dealings with Jennifer Pelletier when it was still Rymes and now Kaylee Grosso
now Superior, have been excellent contact points for me. These two employees as well as the drivers and dispatch personnel are great representatives for this company, Whatever internal changes have been made from Rymes to Superior have not had a negative impact and will hopefully continue to carry the Rymes attitude/philosophies forward in the future.

Drivers should be allowed to pull straight into a driveway that has a turnaround or is a drive-thru. And not have to back in because one (Karen) customer had an issue.

The service has been outstanding

Last week I had my new gas dryer and gas stove converted to propane by Rymes. The dryer took over 3 hours to convert due to the complexity and placement. The gas stove was a little easier. I can not tell you how wonderful our serviceman was. Rymes has serviced our house since 2007. I would recommend Rymes to all.

I love your device that monitors the actual level of propane in the tank, vs relying on an algorithm that just guess ( a week -15 to -20 f temps tends to make those algorithms go kaput !

I also like that I can speak to actual people IN my area if I have questions or concerns. DON’T SCREW THIS UP SUPERIOR ! It’s VERY IMPORTANT .

Well, I just put in an order to fill my propane tank only to find out that the price has dropped.

The lady on the other end was very helpful and now I wish I had asked for her name so I could give her a great recommendation. (Maybe you know anyway...)

Responsiveness

I've been a customer for years and very pleased with service and value. However Covid and inflation have somewhat changed my thinking. Had a service tech who really knew my system, who is no longer with Rhymes, and oil prices took a big, big jump last year. Will consider another provider depending on pre-buy offer.
