Deb Scholl, of Care Patrol, has been such an enormous blessing, helping us find the perfect housing options for my elderly parents twice as our needs have evolved. In addition to her friendly nature and invaluable advice, Deb provides an enormous knowledge of area vendors to assist in all areas of elder care, be it transportation needs, moving and packing assistance, walkers and wheel chairs, etc. Calling Care Patrol was the best thing I did, when faced with the enormous task of managing my elderly parents’ next phase.
Holly Curry was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful with sharing her expertise and enable us to find the best possible place for our parents. Really a wealth of information on a process and considerations we had no experience navigating. She was great at follow through and gently guiding us to make decisions with and for our aging parents.

Thalmus was absolutely outstanding during a very stressful and time-sensitive situation for our family. We had just a couple of days to find assisted living for our parents, and he immediately stepped in to help. He had four facilities lined up for us to consider, making the process organized, efficient, and much less overwhelming.
Thanks to his knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism, we were able to get our parents placed in an assisted living facility within a week. Having someone who understood the process and could move quickly made all the difference for our family.
I cannot recommend Thalmus and CarePatrol of Wilmington highly enough. If you find yourself needing help finding assisted living for a loved one, do yourself a favor and call Thalmus. He was a tremendous help when we needed it most!

My experience with CarePatrol was great. I have used them twice and both times they deliver good places for my sister to live. Their helped with moving and the transport of my sister who is wheelchair bound.

In such a difficult time for me, Elisa was so easy to work with, and her knowledge of placement in ALF/Memory Care helped me so much.
Now after placement, when my family member had other medical issues, Elisa went by facility and visited with my family, and called me giving me updates.

My experience dealing with CarePatrol of Charlotte was one which I can truly say I'll forever be grateful for. The service they provided when I had to find and move my wife to another facility far exceeded my expectations. Deb Schol not only made suggestions as to where I might be comfortable having my wife, but she also took me on tours of a couple of the facilities. She put me in touch with the transportation people which provided transportation for my wheelchair bound spouse.

The knowledge of information regarding area facilities was a wonderful asset. Taking into account a person’s location within the city, abilities, and overall living conditions a person has had in the past and apply it to conditions you are looking to secure. Definitely working with someone who is knowledgeable, has a positive and upbeat attitude, such as Lisa, has made this venture of our search, much more enjoyable.

Where do i even start > when you are faced with relocating, yourself or a family member to a facility the challenges and questions can be overwhelming.
from medical care needs, meals, activities, touring facilities along side us, carepatrol was able to step in and be that mediator between the numerous facility's and our family allowing us to concentrate on our family member healing.

Barbara Nabors was compassionate and professional. She is filled with knowledge and was a tremendous asset to me. Trying to help my sister who lives in Port St. Lucie Florida and Me living in Oregon was a challenge. Barbara was always there if I had a question or needed advice on how to proceed with getting my sister the living community she needed. I am so grateful for all of her expertise.
Absolutely amazing Angie was wonderful she met me and my class at the hospital to pray for my husband to sign the POA Paperwork and stayed by my side and found an attorney to come in less than 24 hours to come and have the paperwork for him to sign. Only by God’s amazing grace he signed, my husband told me he would never give me POA of his medical care. But he did. Angie tried to get him into a hospital but wasn’t able to help me. But her and her team didn’t give up and the hospital hated me and thought I was a terrible wife and did everything including calling the police on me…Devin from the attorneys office helped me tremendously, I would recommend alll of them to help people walk through this trial and help people, that have not a clue what to do ….what a HUGE blessing.
Jennifer was excellent in helping us get my Aunt into a memory care home that would fully be able to care for her.
