Wendy has deep knowledge of the facilities in our area, worked well with the facilities to arrange tours and get our questions answered and was clearly empathetic as well as knowledgeable.
Allie Spangler gave us great support in our original crisis with our loved one. She explained the available care option post hospital stay and how to navigate the carious resources. She listened extremely well. Followed up very appropriately. We felt in great hands. She visited the various memory care facilities in our area with us to select the best one for our needs. Once we narrowed down the options to 3, she revisited them all with us. Allie and the WS Care Patrol was such a great partner in helping us ultimately place our loved one in memory care.

Kaycee was given a tough placement task and handled it like a rock star. Found the perfect place for my husband with lots of support for me.
They helped with the whole process and set up tours for different assisted living places and went with us. Danielle and Madeline were fantastic!!!!!!!
Danielle and Madeline were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were in contact with us throughout the transition of helping us move our Dad to a more appropriate place. I don't we could have done this without them.
Allie Spangler listened to what my husband's needs were and met those needs in a short time. Time was of the essence at that point, and so that meant a lot to me. When I thought we weren't going to be able to find someone to help us, she stepped in and did a great job. When she promised to call me or text me, she always kept her word - something I appreciated. Even when i misunderstood because of my anxiety, she always accepted my apology graciously.
I will certainly recommend CarePatrol of Winston - Salem to anyone seeking an eldercare facility.

Mike Link was so responsive especially considering I established contact from another state (DE) and set up an initial viewing with my Dad, brother and myself the day I got into Ohio. He sent me great info packets, answered my many questions and continued to do so even some protestations from an uncooperative father. But within weeks we managed to get my Dad into a facility matching his needs!
We could not have done this as efficiently as we did without all his help!
CarePatrol was an incredible resource in helping me find the right memory care facility for my brother, who has Down syndrome and dementia. I cannot say enough about Angel from CarePatrol of Southwest Florida, who was assigned to my brother’s case. She went far beyond what I expected.
Because I live on the other side of the country, Angel researched and personally visited facilities on my behalf, even giving me virtual tours so I could feel confident in the process. More importantly, she took the time to personally visit with my brother and was there to help make his transition as smooth and comfortable as possible.
The facility Angel found has truly been the perfect fit. The structured routine and staff trained to support residents with dementia have helped my brother settle in and thrive. It also turned out to be one of the more cost-effective options, which was an added blessing.
My brother is doing so well in his new home, and I honestly cannot thank Angel and CarePatrol enough. During an overwhelming and emotional process, they brought compassion, expertise, and peace of mind. I’m deeply grateful.

Carepatrol was helping us look for a new living accommodations. One was reluctant and the other wanted to move. Later my father was diagnosed with cancer. We need some place fast. They recommended Danbury and started the smooth transition. My father passed early Friday. He had the care needed to make his final days peaceful. Thank you CarePatrol
