I recommend CarePatrol for a variety of reasons. Making a decision to place a loved one in a care facility is difficult--very, very difficult. They checked in with me for literally years during my husband's declines and plateaus; they were never pushy or impatient. They are interested in you finding the best match for your loved on and the facility. There are a lot of choices out there, but they narrow it down based on your input so that you can make the best decision possible. It is then up to you to visit, talk, ask questions of the different places you chose to visit to select what is needed.
CarePatrol went above and beyond for us, even to the point of connecting me with a care provider out-of-state when we had to attend a family wedding. Having an aide at the wedding was instrumental in taking care of my husband's needs plus allowing me to enjoy the wedding as well--peace of mind all the way around.
Cindy listened to our needs and came up with options that fit. She also helped talk me through difficult decisions so that we could stay focused on goals rather than getting sidetracked on less relevant issues.
Our advocate, Darlene Schneider was wonderful!!! She was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process. We could not have done it without her. We had just lost my dad and needed to find a place for my mom to live. Darlene was caring and understood the pain we were going through.
My CarePatrol agent Audrey was extremely supportive when I needed to find an assisted living facility for my father. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive whenever I needed to connect with her. Additionally, Audrey continued to reach out to me even after my dad had moved into his new apartment, to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Lindsay Adams was so caring and took the time to explain all of our options. She set up multiple visits to AL communities and went on the visits with us. Our social worker, Aletha, was very kind, and gave us lots of great information to consider about options for our mom. She set up the visits to the assisted living facilities and went with us on the tours. She gave us great questions to ask and pointed out important features. When no one in the Pensacola Health system would listen, CarePatrol did. They helped me get mom into a behavioral health facility to get a true diagnosis.
Greatly Expedited the discovery process for finding a place. Provided lots of information we might not thought about asking. Eliminated ahead of time facilities that were unsuitable either for care types offered or were not a good financial fit. Marta our “tour guide” was discreet, efficient, and encouraged us along the way, also providing an apt summary after each facility visited. Would encourage everyone to utilize this service!
My family used CarePatrol for both my parents, my dad suffered a stroke and my mom had Alzheimer’s. We were very overwhelmed and really didn’t know how to manager the senior care industry. Megan Bokath was our lifeline, she basically helped us with everything, finding a facility that we could afford, gave us advice, followed up with additional care that was needed and so much more. I would highly recommend CarePatrol, we couldn’t have figured it out on our own, they are awesome!!!!!
Steven was outstanding..we had no idea where to begin and he led us through the entire process step by step. He really cares about what the family is going through and finding the ideal fit for their needs. He even arranged tours ( and accompanied us) to facilities outside his territory and made it effortless. He offered his expertise when asked but was not at all aggressive or pushy. He made you feel that his only agenda was your family’s success at finding the right place. Can’t recommend enough.

I have already recommended Care Patrol to a couple friends. They are so helpful and very prompt with getting back to us with options and setting up tours.
Julia was so helpful finding rehab facilities that were on my Mom's insurance and in a completely different area from where my mom lives, it was close to me which was so convenient for me. She also walked me through the understanding of assisted living facilities, and what spend down means prior to Medicaid. She put me at ease by making a very stressful situation more tolerable. This is a great resource for Individuals and families that are not educated in elder care.
Carlos! He was both efficient and highly empathetic. He was able to show us a wide variety of places, and to quickly change when my parent's health changed.
Bobbi Jo Dorsey and Jayne were invaluable to me over the past number of years as my mom continued to age in her own home. Periodic follow up was very good.

Cindy Levin helped me to find the appropriate and reasonably priced assisted living home for my Mom within one week after leaving the hospital. It was a difficult situation for us providing 24 hour care in our home which was not equipped properly for her care. We looked at two places and Magothy Gardens Assisted Living was able to provide a room for her. She has settled in comfortably. I really appreciate the efforts made by Care Patrol (Cindy) on my mother's behalf.
I worked with Amy Herrick and CarePatrol to find a new place for my father. She was very professional, caring, and so helpful. She guided me and supported my father through the whole transition. She even picked my dad up for a tour then went through the McDonald’s drive-thru for him afterwards. So thoughtful! Care patrol was amazing. Lived the immediate response times especially since we were in a time crunch. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend when you need to DJ d placement and great care for a loved one.
