In the staff of the Trek shop in Florence I found maximum professionalism, extreme technical competence and high communication skills.
The service offered is at the maximum of expectations, I brought the bike for a problem that they solved excellently and they carried out an accurate and thorough check of the entire bike, all documented on a very useful detailed sheet.
The work was done in very quick times with reasonable prices. Very reliable and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Leonardo and the whole Firenze team were amazing. My partner and I travelled from Montreal without our bikes and they hook us with brand new SL6 Di2, which included the bottle cages and Garmin mount. Leonardo also took the time to build us a nice route around Chianti that we could easily download on our Garmin. Perfect experience! Thanks so much guys this was one of the highlights of our trip.
