All around wonderful experience. Kelly was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and is the reason I am locked in as a customer. I left Fort Worth Cycle and Fitness with my bicycle a couple of mornings ago because they completely had no respect for my time, bike and money. FWC&F told me I needed to replace my rotor (Bike Mart confirmed that I did not) I was told so much that was not true at all for them. But! This review is not about them. It’s about my all around wonderful experience at Bike Mart. My family will make sure to use them from here on out. I trust them with my bike and doing what’s best for me and not just trying to make a buck. This is the place to go!

I'm old-school Hoyt, so I've known Bike Mart for a very long time - long distance. Y'all are so close to home (blocks), everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and the stock is HUGE. We are so glad Bike Mart is here in FW!

I always had my Trek Domane serviced at what used to be Mellow Johnny’s which is now Bike Mart Fort Worth - The Trailhead. I’m actually amazed at the difference in service at Bike Mart. Folks were very knowledgeable, answered my concerns and the purchase was very easy to the point I rode my bike out the shop and onto the trail.

I had a great time at your store. I hadn't ridden a bike since highschool so I was lost when I first walked in. There are so many different styles and types of bikes. The staff was extremely helpful educating me on the differences. After asking what I would be using the bike for primarily, she was able to grab the perfect bike. I rode it around the parking lot a few times and fell in love!! They installed a water bottle holder and a kickstand.
I also got a helmet. My boyfriend needs a bike and we will 100% be back to this location to get his.

Aubrey has always been a tremendous help. He provides great service and is very knowledgeable.
