I have only shopped there once but i can tell you that they have good selection of bikes and their staff was very nice .
The staff at Bike Mart are the best! I bought my first road bike and the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice for my first bike. I really appreciated that they spent the time to teach me about a few of my options and what would work best for me. They weren’t pushy or just trying to make a sale, it felt like they genuinely cared about their customer’s experience.

Brian (and the other employee whose name I forgot) were awesome. Had me bring my bike into the store because I asked if y’all had an air pump. I stopped in with my buddy as we were cruisin the Trinity.
Those gents were very friendly and just simply chatted with us. No sales pitch….no look of “if you ain’t buyin, you need to be flyin”.

Very friendly...very knowledgable and willing to inverstigate any answer for a question that I had. Blown away by overall experience I had at this shop. If they were closer to me, I would frequent them a lot more.
