Had a flat tire just as I arrived at Clearfork. Took in to BM for repair where they showed me a cut in the tire that could be dangerous. I'm not sure if I would have caught it if I changed the tube myself. Bought a new tire and tube and was on my way. Good Job.

I’m a senior, novice rider, who has decided to begin cycling in my local community and on the local trails. I went to Richardson Bike Mart to get assistance in determining the best bike for me. The store had a large selection of bikes and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. They let me test the bike I selected outdoors and helped adjust the bike to fit me. Our salesperson was patient and very informative. She spent as much time as I needed and answered all my questions so that I felt very comfortable with my purchase.

I was really helped by the associate. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

They have great quality clothing and at a time of shortages, they have a good stock of bikes.

I used to live in Dallas and there was a guy who worked at the White Rock location who was great. I’m in FW now and I like shops with several brands to choose from. Some of the places are getting kind of stagnant. Friendly, selection, winter stuff….

Had First name removed product we needed for our unit stocked and service provided was excellent. James Newsom and his crew in Fort Worth know how to get First name removed job done!

They have been there for me when I needed them several times now. Once I needed to add air to a tire I had forgotten to top off before I left home. They were closed for some sort of training (they were just making the switch from MJs to BikeMart) but they had forgotten to close the entry from the back hall. At first they told me they were closed but then someone out after I left and took care of me. Yesterday, one of my SPD-SL cleats broke. I couldn't clip in. I was about 50 miles into a 60 mile ride and managed to ride five miles to them. They had what I needed in stock, opened it for me and let me use their hex wrench to take out the old and put in the new.
They are a great resource and friendly too boot.

What I really enjoyed about my experience at bike mart was how helpful the associates are and knowledgeable about the products that are sold there.
