I took my e-bike in for a basic tuneup and one issue with the software. The tuneup was completed quickly and the software updated. Unfortunately, the update did not solve my issue. Two Trailhead staff worked with me and over about an hour resolved the problem. My thanks to the Trailhead staff for sticking with me on this.
