The store manager was awesome with our 9-year old who is adult height very tall his age. He helped us find a frame that fit but also allows him to grow into later on. We rode bikes this weekend and he was zooming and enjoying his new Giant bike. Thanks to your staff and their leadership for giving us a memorable ❤️ experience.

Great staff very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Big positive change from the former owners. The selection is great too carrying all the brands. Highly recommend them. Nice to still have great local bike shop.

The service was great . Ceslo was so helpful to me and was patient in looking at different bikes. He allowed me time to try the different bikes out and was very knowledgeable with different bike components. He made my bike buying experience wonderful!!

Love the store and the staff. Even though I've been a cyclist for many years now, I find most bicycle stores to be too cliquish and unhelpful to non-racers. The staff at the Fort Worth Trailhead store were very helpful, and my last visit there was like a breath of fresh air.
