The customer service is in the Fort Worth store was amazing. The were friendly, helpful, and informative. We ordered two bikes and they had them within a week and had them ready to go with all of the additions. We will definitely make this our bike store.

The staff were so friendly and explained the service for my bike when I dropped it off. It was ready quickly, and when I picked it up, Austin assisted me with getting my bike and purchasing a helmet. He was great!

The staff is personable and competent. We are moving into the area and my boyfriend felt confident enough to leave his beloved bicycle to be 'tuned up' etc. after just one encounter. We will be using Bike Mart and most likely, upgrading our bikes with them!
