Your bicycle mechanic does amazing work. He changed my gear ratios and placed a chain onto my ebike. 3 other shops said it could not be done. Thank you Aubrey. I hope to visit you and your store in the future for my bicycling needs.

Carrie was very helpful in shoe purchase. No sales pressure-she brought out many until I found the right one. I wasn’t even going out to buy shoes-just passed by store on my bike ride! Nice experience. Also found a good deal on clearance rack for half price shirt

New customer to Bike Mart but i know a couple of employees who've worked at another bike shop and they're both top-notch. Good initial experience. Since the bike shop i previously used is now closed, I'm sure I'll continue to use Bike Mart.
