Faith was great! It’s so hard to find a cycling shoe in my 6.5 shoe size. Faith went on a small scavenger hunt and found the only pair of 6.5 Shimanos! They fit perfect! Thanks for hunting them down, Faith!

Service was great. Associate (didn't catch her name...red hair) was very helpful with ebike demo. She was even familiar with the facebook towel promotion. She also took the time to help look online for a bike for my youngest son when store inventory was limited.
