I love how friendly Kelly and the other staff members were to me. I had troubles with a part of my bike that they had difficult troubleshooting, but they were so kind to help take care of my bike until it was fixed. The store is clean and organized. I would highly recommend it to any bike enthusiast!

Austin was a great help! With input from myself and family (and future goals in mind), I found the perfect bike to enjoy with my family. Easily rode three different bikes and found the perfect fit. Spent a huge amount of time with me, even though I wasn’t looking at a high dollar bike (yesterday 😉). 10/10 highly recommend.

Eric, the manager, was fantastic. He accommodated a couple of special requests related to my purchase, was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I waited some time for my bike (supply chain) and he ensured it was ready to go as soon as it arrived.

What do you like about our products and services?

I know I can get honest feedback. I don't want someone to sell me something I don't need and Bike Mart keeps it real. I would like to see some bike maintenance classes for women, so we can understand better how our bikes work. Otherwise I was very happy with my service.
