Your service has always been good . The only problem that I have at the moment is your new system to go on line and pay my bill. Every month since you changed I am having a problem. It is still not resolved.
Fill-ups come on time. Any questions are answered as soon as I call the office. If I need a fill-up sooner than you calculate -- all I have to do is call.

Your delivery of oil is excellent. We have never run out. The service you provide compared to other companies is also excellent. I have had someone else clean my furnace and they did not have everything they needed to complete the job. Therefore they had to make a return trip and I got charged again. When I call to pay my bill instead of mailing it, I always have a great experience talking with the people who take my call. Everyone I talk to at Griffith has a great attitude and make me feel I am important to them. I love Griffith Energy and I am very confident they will continue to be the best!

you are a generally a good company. this year was goofy with the new guy who sent out all kinds of confusing letters. I called the girls and they didn't have an idea what I was speaking about. the letter said to set up an account and lock in prices. three letters latter and four calls it was all good. I was skipped this past year and didn't run out of fuel like last year. so yes I'd tell others to use you.

The response to my requests for any type of assistance. Not the least expensive product I could purchase, but it's what keeps me coming back.
The Rochester team of employees that handles my care is always very respectful and timely. They work together like a well oiled machine! (pun intended). They always follow-through on phone calls that have to do with making sure I have remembered to sign a budget plan. One year I forgot and they made arrangements to send me a scanned version of my contract so I could sign it in time before the imminent deadline. On other occasions when the old oil burner was on its last legs the service folks made a point of remembering who was most familiar with the technician that knew how to work with my old system. When it came time to buy a new burner that had no problem working collaboratively with another company that had what my old house needed. I was very grateful. They have never once had a bad attitude of having to come out in inclement weather even when the roads have been dangerous and they are far away in the southern tier. They have estimated correctly how long it would take for them to arrive and have provided service even under the worst of weather conditions with a smile. It is at these times when I really love my Rochester team at Griffith the best!! kudos and keep up the great work. I don't know about other town but Rochester folks, you rock! =)
