I was behind in my bill and my account was closed. Melissa worked with me and I was able to pay the bill in full as well as the new delivery fee. My tank was nearly empty at this point and Griffith Oil made sure my delivery was made in a timely manner and I was back to having heat!!
The customer relations at the office was very good. The fuel delivery person was also very polite and new the product. Thanks very much. We will be doing business again.

I think what I like the most is that the customer is taken into consideration more than many companies. When I call with questions they are answered with care. If I need service quickly I feel I am prioritized and not simply given lip service. I never feel like a mere number, or name on a page. There have been times when I have not needed to ask and courtesy has been given in a situation to make things easier, more efficient or accessible.

What I like is the reliability of delivery and also the method of "billing" by leaving the plastic bag on house doorknob. I also feel most confident with the service and am also pleased when I call to talk with someone in the office. They are very kind and professional.
It would be nice to go back to get a "reward" for paying the invoice within a certain window of time. Every little bit of saving helps.

I have been a faithful customer to Griffith Energy since I bought my home many years ago. The only thing that has got me upset is that you know longer service my furnace. You have turned everything over to Betlem Heating and Air Conditioning and I have to pay everything up front. It makes it hard as I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income.
