Had a pleasant conversation with a rep to set up lock-in price: we were never contacted about this this year, despite being customers for over 18 years. Rep was able to get permission to add us to the list, even though the promotion had expired.
What I don't like are your billing policies which involve hidden charges, surcharges, and add-ons. This is a factor in our investigating alternate sources for home heating oil for next year.
We do like the dependable delivery schedule. You do a good job of keeping track of estimated consumption, and always get here before we are empty.
I have never lost heating due to insufficient supply of oil. In addition, delivery during winter months is very challenging at my location...heavily snowed and unplowed area the driver must travel over to reach input valve at the top of a deadend hill. Grateful to driver for delivering under such circumstances.

People are polite. I like the service. Had a contract to clean furnace but they used to come out automatically they changed it to only when the customer calls. It is fine now.

I think the care, concern and dedication is obvious by the most recent event involving the Griffith Energy employer who went out of his way to help that young woman caught in her car after the crash.
