I especially value Nathan on your staff who checks out equipment (water heater and furnace), offers suggestions regarding management of thermostat, and last summer, installed a new thermostat at my request.

I was especially impressed with the driver who delivered our oil this week. She came to the door to make sure that we had hot water as the tank was nearly empty. She was prepared to light the hot water heater for us if necessary.
